Performed research in a biophysics lab at UCLA:

Designed a theoretical addition to an existing OCT device for determining eye health in previously unmeasurable portions of the human eyeball.

Determined physical theory was viable, but through interactions with vendors determined the project unfeasible due to the level of precision involved.

Valuable experience gained talking to vendors and running budget analytics, as well as CAD knowledge.

Completed 3 Projects during a summer internship with Genefluidics:

Built and Refined a prototype robotic medical device with pipetting, centrifuge, and temperature control capabilities to perform bacterial detection assays on biohazardous materials.

Designed and Assembled a working bacterial incubation chamber with microcontroller (Arduino) enabled humidity and temperature control.

Researched and Developed a more efficient production method for isolating biohazard sample for electrochemical sensing using PLA filament placed by a specialized 3D-printer onto the acrylic chips previously layered with silkscreen.
